Melrose, who is my player character from Phantasy Star Online 2, is in various situations which put her in distress.
What to expect: Tied up girl, always the same character although she has a few fashion variations. Exceptions may apply occasionally. No explicit content.

In the third one. Richie Rich Comic Sweet Trusting Gloria's arch rival The Evil Mayda Mummy try's to get rid of Gloria so she can become Richie's new girlfriend and get at all his money, Mayda takes Gloria to a cave an leaves her there tied up.
( Of course Richie hears her cries for help Dummy!!! )
What Mayda should have down was something more permanent to eliminate her little problem.

I've always liked the old Harvey Comics stories, especially the ones with Richie Rich and Gloria Glad. It never failed to baffle me how brain-dead the crooks seemed to be in those stories. Generally they'd fail to tie up their captives or they'd tie them really badly so that it was easy to escape. The occasional story where a believable rescue was the only option were refreshing, but sadly the exception.
I like your take on the Mayda/Gloria rivalry. "Just get rid of her - permanently". Of course the Mayda in the comics would never have gone that far, but she'd have done almost anything short of physically harming Gloria.
I remember the story you mentioned. The basis of it actually is that Mayda Munny objects to Gloria Glad being Richie Rich's girlfriend on the sole basis that Richie is rich and Gloria is poor (or at least lower-middle-class). Mayda invites Richie to visit at her mansion and because Gloria usually tags along with Richie, Mayda invites her also, but a while before Richie is due to arrive.
Mayda then tries to delay Gloria with a "game" where Gloria has to try to escape from various situations, so that Gloria won't be around for Mayda's "date" (as she thinks of it) with Richie.
First, Mayda tries to lose Gloria in the Munny mansion. Foiled when Gloria turns up only a minute behind Mayda... the room she was left in just happened to have a set of the mansion's blueprints in it, and Gloria may be a bit naive at times, but she's no dummy. The blueprints were as good as a map to her.
Next, Mayda tries locking Gloria in one of Mayda's playhouses. Foiled when Gloria climbs out the (clean and unused) fireplace chimney.
Finally, Mayda takes Gloria to a cave and there ties her up really well, saying that this is "the DIFFICULT test". Foiled because Richie arrived on time, found Mayda not at home, went looking for her and found Gloria and released her, although Mayda never finds out how Gloria escaped since Mayda (typically) lost her temper when she saw Gloria was free and yelled at her to go home.
The "date" never happens.
